  • Dismissed Aggravated Assault

    Troy with The Bowlin Law Firm successfully persuaded the District Attorney in Knoxville, Tennessee to dismiss the charges against a client who was charged with Aggravated Assault for allegedly strangling another. The Legal team at The Bowlin Law Firm immediately conducted an investigation into these allegations which were proven untrue. Should the Client have been found Guilty the sentence could have ranged from 3 to 15 years.

  • Dismissed 5 Counts of Buglary
    Client was charged with 5 counts of burglary through out East Tennessee. After our Firm concluded our own investigation the State chose to Dismiss the charges on the eve of trial.
  • Dismissed DUI 3rd Offense

    Veteran was stopped on Christmas Eve and charged with DUI 3rd Offense. Mr. Bowlin was successful in arguing that the stop by police was unlawful and the charge was dismissed.

  • DUI 1st Offense

    The Bowlin Law Firm Defense Team re-created a traffic accident where a client was ultimately charged with DUI 1st Offense. Based upon the re-creation and persuasive argument the State chose not to prosecute the DUI and the client was convicted of Driving Without a License.

  • Dismissed 1st Degree Murder

    Mr. Bowlin successfully argued to the Court that the Attempted First Degree Murder charges filed against his client should be dismissed for lack of evidence. The Court agreed and dismissed the charges. The client was immediately released from custody.

    A client was charged with Domestic Assault. The Bowlin Law Firm immediately gathered all of the evidence which suggested the accusations were false. The Court granted Mr. Bowlin's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Evidence.
