In 2005, Attorney Bowlin founded The Bowlin Law Firm, where he has been proudly serving the residents of Hamblen County and the surrounding areas ever since. His relentless dedication to the practice of law and his clients' success earned him membership in The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100 Trial Lawyers, and selection for inclusion in Tennessee's Super Lawyers® Rising Stars℠.
At The Bowlin Firm, we believe in protecting peoples' constitutional rights and utilizing the court system and legislative developments to assert our clients' rights and facilitate justice. To further that end, we are proud to announce that our very own, Attorney Bowlin was recently appointed to the committee of Trial Lawyers Care of the American Association for Justice.
After the September 11 attacks, a group of trial lawyers united to give a voice to the voiceless. This group promised to provide free legal services to any family who sought help through the newly established federal fund. It was at this point that the Trial Lawyers Care was born; it is the non-profit organization that has ensured that those free legal services were available to those who needed them.
Since Trial Lawyers Care was created, over 1,100 Trial Lawyers Care attorneys have volunteered from every state in the United States, as well as from six Canadian provinces, England, Mexico, and Australia.
Trial Lawyers Care attorneys have:
- Provided legal counsel to 4,000 families from 35 states and 11 countries.
- Provide pro bono representation to over 1,700 families.
- Combined, the trial lawyers dedicated more than 100 years of services on these cases.
- Providing food and clothing for families in need.
- Established scholarships for charitable foundations.
- Built affordable housing.
Trial Lawyers Care encourages trial lawyers across America who are committed to "doing well by doing good" by giving back to the community and helping others in their time of need.
At The Bowlin Law Firm, we strongly support Trial Lawyers Care and its commitment to bettering the community. Attorney Bowlin is honored to have joined the committee of the Trial Lawyers Care and looks forward to furthering the aims of this esteemed non-profit organization.
